Your employer verifies your identity only. Only you can choose and verify a new email and set a password.

Owners, co-owners and accounts with management privileges require separate ShiftTrack platform review. You can still use a verified recovery email.

You also need your existing password or a device previously trusted by your account. Your employer never receives this proof. If you have neither, contact ShiftTrack for platform identity review.

Choose one current employer. We will not broadcast your request to other companies. If the details match an eligible relationship, authorized personnel will receive the request.
